Support a meaningful cause while showcasing your business or organization! Limited vendor spaces are still available for our upcoming Community Health Fair. To reserve your spot, simply complete the registration form below.

Terms and Conditions

​

  • Vendor fee is $100.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own tablescape and decoration.

  • Vendor set-up must be completed by 8:00 AM.

  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their designated area after the event.

  • Vendors must adhere to all local health and safety regulations.

  • Payment of the vendor fee is required to secure your spot.

  • Deadline for registration and payment: August 15th, 2025.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the deadline.

  • ​Parking will be available in the McDonald's parking lot adjacent to the event venue.
